The Role

We are seeking a driven and career-focused Recruitment & Business Development Intern to support our executive recruitment team in working with leading international companies and top-tier Thai corporations. This role offers hands-on experience in professional recruitment, consulting, client management, and candidate sourcing. You will collaborate with Consultants to support end-to-end recruitment processes, engage with professionals across industries, and gain valuable B2B exposure in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Consultants in managing full recruitment cycle activities
  • Search, screen, and qualify potential candidates using various platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
  • Prepare candidate profiles, reports, and job advertisements
  • Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview arrangements
  • Assist with business development tasks such as market research and lead generation
  • Maintain and update recruitment database and dashboards
  • Provide administrative and project support to the recruitment team
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC 750+ preferred)
  • Passionate about recruitment, people, sales, or consulting
  • Confident, professional, and business-minded personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work minimum 4–5 days/week for 3-month internship (extendable)
