Position: Sales Engineer

Business: Mass production of isotropic graphite.

Location: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan.

Salary: 30,000 THB - 42,000 THB (As a Total) + Car maintenance + Oil Allowance provided by actual.

Work Day/hour: Mon. - Fri

Job Description:

  1. Develop, nurture, and strengthen relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and enhance brand loyalty.
  2. Manage key accounts and ensure all customer databases—both existing and potential—are accurately maintained and regularly updated.
  3. Handle and process customer orders promptly, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  4. Arrange and coordinate weekly customer visit plans and submit schedules and reports to the Sales Manager ahead of time.
  5. Perform market research to collect product insights and share key findings and customer needs with the management team.
  6. Meet designated sales objectives and actively support the company's overall revenue growth.
  7. Track and analyze competitor actions, preparing comprehensive reports on market movements and emerging trends.
  8. Resolve customer concerns regarding products, logistics, documentation, or service quality in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Generate and issue quotations, billing documents, and delivery notes accurately and on schedule.

Requirements:

  1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  2. Has at least 2 years of sales experience in graphite products or similar industrial sectors (Mold/Die).
  3. Intermediate Level of English, both in writing and speaking.
  4. Proven track record in acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  5. Possesses a valid driver's license and has a personal car for business travel and customer visits.
