Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, build, and motivate the Thailand sales organization to achieve annual and monthly sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales managers and frontline sales teams across channels.
- Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks that are aligned with the company's strategy.
- Coach, guide, and evaluate team performance, addressing gaps through structured feedback and development plans.
- Foster a results-driven, disciplined, and collaborative sales culture.
2. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with brand positioning and market objectives in Thailand.
- Translate company targets into actionable regional and dealer-level sales plans.
- Monitor sales performance through data analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Closely track market trends, consumer behavior, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities, and proactively adjust tactics.
3. Dealer & network Management
- Work closely with dealers, dealer principals, and general managers to strengthen sales execution and operational discipline.
- Support dealer network development, capability building, and performance optimization.
- Ensure alignment between dealer sales plans and company wholesale and retail objectives.
- Occasionally engage directly with key customers, dealer partners, and major stakeholders when required.
4. Inventory & Wholesale Management
- Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to determine appropriate inventory and wholesale planning.
- Ensure effective vehicle display, stock rotation, and inventory health across the network.
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate the sell-through of over-aged or slow-moving inventory.
- Balance wholesale targets with retail realities to support sustainable sales growth.
5. Reporting, Coordination & Other Responsibilities
- Compile, analyze, and present sales performance reports to local management and headquarters.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, aftersales, and finance teams.
- Support the development of marketing initiatives and sales campaigns to boost retail performance.
- Organize and lead sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business developmentin the automotive industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, market expansion, and managing sales operationsIn Thailand markets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent understanding of Thailand market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship managementabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trendsand implement effective sales strategies.
- Fluency in Englishor Mandarinis highly preferred.
