Role Description

The Wellness Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket. The role involves overseeing wellness programs and activities, developing strategies for wellness initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests. Responsibilities include coordinating health and wellness services, training and supervising staff, managing wellness facilities, and continuously evaluating offerings to maintain high standards. The Wellness Manager will work closely with other teams to align wellness services with overall hospitality goals, delivering a harmonious experience to guests.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of wellness programs, holistic health practices, and fitness initiatives
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to innovate and develop engaging wellness strategies
  • Background or certification in wellness, fitness, spa management, nutrition, or related fields
  • Experience in managing wellness facilities in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Wellness, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages or knowledge of Thai is a plus
