Job Descriptions

  • Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Responding to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Manipulating queue of IT Supporter to support users.
  • Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software.
  • Following up with users to ensure issues are resolved.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Experienced in IT Support, Application Support, System Support or related fields.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, including other tech products.
  • Knowledge of retails business would be advantage.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Fast learner and excellent communication skill.
  • Good attitude with service-mind.
  • Good command of English.
