Responsibilities :

  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Create comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company's brand and align with its business goals. This includes crafting messaging, selecting appropriate channels, and determining the best methods to reach targeted audiences.
  • Media and Content Creation and Management: Produce various forms of content like press releases, brochures, newsletters, and digital content. Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms, and develop creative point of purchase media stories to engage customers at the critical decision-making stage.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media profiles. Develop content calendars, post engaging content, and interact with the audience to build an online community.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor performance using key metrics and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage events such as product launches, press conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Market Research: Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using these insights to inform communication strategies, including point of purchase media tactics.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for marketing communications activities. Ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Efficiency Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing communications strategies, using data to summarize performance and inform future decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass communication or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in related field (Considerably more if directly relevant experience is present)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital media
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
