We're searching for a creative, organized, and confident person who loves beauty, structure, and balance — someone who will grow with the brand and make every process feel effortless.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and branding goals.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels) across multiple platforms.
  • Launch and manage advertising campaigns on social media for different countries, ensuring proper targeting, localization, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement rates, and audience growth, using data to refine future strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other team members to maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Manage and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to identify new growth opportunities and creative ideas.
  • Stay up to date with social media algorithms, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with international audiences or managing social media for global brands is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and content performance optimization.
  • Ability to plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
  • Capable of adapting campaigns for different countries and cultural contexts, including targeting, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative team members.
