Job Summary:

We seek a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with a background in branding and graphic design for our Studio HBA Team. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content, managing social media channels, and enhancing our brand identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has an eye for design, a passion for interior design/hospitality, and expertise in social media growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the hospitality/interior design industry.
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media with a focus on visual storytelling.
  • Create and schedule high-quality posts (carousels, reels, stories, before/after visuals, mood boards).
  • Engage with our audience and potential clients through comments, DMs, and collaborations.
  • Design marketing materials (social media graphics, digital brochures).
  • Ensure all digital assets align with our luxury, high-end aesthetic.
  • Produce high-quality visuals (using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools).
  • Edit short-form videos to highlight design transformations and trends.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, follower growth, website traffic) and optimize strategies.
  • Work with the web team to ensure SEO-friendly content and seamless integration between social and the website.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain portfolios, team information.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in social media/digital marketing, preferably in interior design, architecture, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, and MS PowerPoint (portfolio required).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to produce stunning visuals, videos, and written content that aligns with high-end design.
  • Fluent in English is a must; Chinese language skills would be a plus.

To be successful in the role, you should also have:

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-motivator with interpersonal skills and a great collaborator.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with diverse project teams in multiple locations and in a fast-paced work environment
