Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a Key Account in an E-Commerce channel or any position in the commercial field.
  • Mature, self-driven, and responsible, with a Can-Do attitude and a passion for creative works and marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Fast learning
  • Good command in both Thai and English
  • Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Familiar with managing marketplaces i.e. Shopee, Lazada, and an expert in TikTok. Responsible for creating sales campaigns & monitoring the effectiveness throughout the campaign & BAU period.
  • Day-to-day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set-ups, uploading banners, and campaign submissions to the platform.
  • To assist in developing eCommerce sales strategies, such as identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Driving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities to ensure that all concepts, campaigns, and strategies are aligned.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms (operations, fulfillment services, etc.)
  • Track, monitor, and analyze products, channels, and customer sales trends to maximize business performance.
  • Accountable for high customer service level, fulfillment, inventory control, and timely sales collection.
  • Creative content ideas in both video and Live streaming on TikTok.
  • Other assignments as appropriate.
