ตำแหน่ง: E-Commerce Operation Executive

1. Manage and update product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop etc.)
2. Coordinate with e-commerce platforms to participate in campaigns, promotions, and special marketing activities.
3. Ensure product details, images, and content meet each platform's guidelines.
4. Analyze sales, promotions, and campaign performance; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as incomplete orders, stock discrepancies, or delivery delays.
6. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
7. Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and features to improve operations.
8. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
9. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
10. Support the team in executing various e-commerce initiatives.

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
• คิดและเขียน Marketing Campaign และ Content ได้ดี
• สามารถสร้างแคมเปญยิงโฆษณาบนสื่อ Social Media เช่น Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok และ Twitter ได้
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารได้ดี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้  (หากเข้าใจภาษาเกาหลีได้จะรับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความสนใจในเครื่องสำอาง สกินแคร์, K-Beauty และ K-Culture
• เข้าใจธรรมชาติของการตลาดทั้งแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
