About the role

PROIRON (THAILAND) LIMITED' is seeking a talented QC Specialist to join our team in Chon Buri. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards across our manufacturing operations. As a QC Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing our products to ensure they meet all relevant regulations and customer requirements.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting thorough quality inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
  2. Identifying and addressing any quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and documenting the process
  3. Collaborating with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and enhance product quality
  4. Maintaining detailed quality records and generating reports for management and regulatory bodies
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance
  6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong understanding of quality control principles, statistical process control, and inspection techniques
  3. Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and testing machines
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Relevant Major, such as Industrial Engineering,Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
  8. Chinese language skills are preferred
