CONNECT ENERGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is an internationally accredited recruitment solutions and services consultancy. Now we're looking for QA/QC Manager as detail below;

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Location: Chonburi / Rayong

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements in daily operations
  • Supervise and monitor quality performance of teams within assigned projects
  • Establish, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans, procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage QA/QC and risk management activities throughout project phases, including tendering and execution
  • Ensure subcontractors comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements
  • Monitor project progress, manpower planning, productivity, and resource allocation
  • Control costs and ensure work is executed within approved budgets and authority limits
  • Report project status, risks, and critical issues to management
  • Provide leadership, guidance, performance feedback, and professional development to team members
  • Promote ethical conduct and compliance with the company's Code of Conduct

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC within engineering, fabrication, or construction projects
  • CSWIP 3.1 certification or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 3834, EN 1090, PED, AWS, ASME)
  • Experience with fabrication and welding quality control
  • Familiar with audit, risk, and quality management systems
  • Good command of English communication
