Our client is a premium healthcare service chain in Thailand, seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive commercial strategy, business development, and revenue growth across multiple touchpoints. This role will oversee Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, and P&L management, ensuring strong performance during both the launch and expansion stages of the business.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams.
  • Lead brand positioning, go-to-market planning, digital marketing, and campaign execution to strengthen market recognition.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with travel, hospitality, wellness, retail, insurance, and international referral networks.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics across all business units.
  • Design and optimize the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring premium-level service standards.
  • Identify and evaluate new business locations and regional expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to adapt strategy based on market trends and business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally within premium healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail service sectors.
  • Proven track record in overseeing Sales & Marketing functions.
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on P&L ownership experience.
  • Experienced in building and scaling cross-functional teams within growing organizations.
  • Strong partnership-building skills and familiarity with regional/international customer segments.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership presence.
