Position Overview

The Chief of Investment (CIO) is responsible for leading the company's overall investment strategy, with a primary focus on
real estate and commercial building investments
. This role oversees the identification, structuring, and execution of
joint ventures and strategic investment partnerships with global investors
, driving sustainable portfolio growth and long-term returns.

"This position is open to both local and expatriate candidates."

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's investment strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop
    joint venture and co-investment opportunities with global partners and institutional investors
    .
  • Lead investment evaluations, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee capital allocation and monitor investment performance across real estate and commercial building assets.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and execution of investment transactions.
  • Provide strategic investment insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    international partners, investors, banks, and external advisors
    .

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior-level experience in
    investment management, real estate investment, or asset management
    .
  • Proven track record in
    global partnerships, joint ventures, and cross-border investments
    .
  • Strong financial, strategic, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
