Also, conduct post-project evaluations (Post Audit & Investment Tracking).Business, Financial Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Prepare and oversee the presentation of strategic plans, execution plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various forums, including management committee meetings, board meetings, shareholder meetings, and annual performance reviews. This also involves collaborating with the Investor Relations department to review business-related information prior to its presentation or dissemination to analysts, investors, and shareholders.Project Management: Lead or participate in strategic projects, such as new business investments or business restructuring. Responsibilities include defining team structures, developing work plans, and fostering collaboration, coordination, and oversight to ensure the project team achieves its objectives within the allocated resources and timeline.Qualifications: Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (Required GPAX > 2.70).Good command of English (TOEIC at least 750).At least 3 years of experience in corporate planning, business planning, investment analysis, and corporate restructuring. Strong background in financial statement analysis, including managerial accounting and income statements.Understanding of basic accounting, finance and having well-rounded knowledge in business management.Possessing project management skills, prioritizing tasks, solving problems on the spot, and delivering work under pressure or tight deadlines.Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to follow company processes accurately and enhance work methods to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.Having a customer service mindset, interpersonal skills, and good coordination and communication skills.Be able to work at SCG Decor (Don Mueang), Bangkok.Job skills required: Project Management, Accounting, Finance
