The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth through identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with B2B clients in the food packaging industry, both domestic and export. This position requires a strategic approach to account management, new business development, export operations knowledge, and delivering customized packaging solutions that meet client specifications and business objectives.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B food packaging sector, including export markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets and market share objectives in both domestic and international markets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements, including export documentation and international trade terms
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures (including Incoterms), and service agreements in alignment with company policies
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers including procurement managers, operations directors, and related parties in both local and overseas markets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams including planning, production, quality assurance and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service excellence

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, international market dynamics, and export opportunities to identify strategic growth areas
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, export performance data, and customer feedback to management
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, export shipments, and opportunities in the SAP system
  • Participate in international trade shows, sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG industries
  • Proven experience in domestic sales and export sales and international trade operations
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international payment terms (L/C, T/T, D/P, D/A)
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of B2B procurement processes in international markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Self-motivated with strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
