About the Role

Client is looking for a highly skilled
Power BI Analyst
to support our data-driven decision-making and reporting needs. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and data models. Candidates with strong Power BI expertise and business analysis experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
    aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to
    gather reporting requirements
    and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform
    data transformation and cleaning
    using Power Query and DAX.
  • Build
    interactive and visually compelling
    dashboards for different business units.
  • Analyze key trends and insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all reporting assets.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support analytics-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong, hands-on experience with
    Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
    .
  • Proficiency in
    DAX
    , Power Query (M language), and data modeling methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of
    data analysis, visualization best practices, and KPI reporting
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and create relevant analytical solutions.

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Prior experience as a
    Business Analyst
    or background in business analysis.
  • Experience working with
    SQL
    or similar data querying tools.
  • Knowledge of database structures, ETL processes, and data governance.
