Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical
Power BI Analyst
to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Power BI development
, data modeling, and dashboard creation, with a solid understanding of business processes and stakeholder engagement. Experience in
business analysis
will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    interactive dashboards and reports
    using Power BI.
  • Translate business requirements into
    data models, visualizations, and actionable insights
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Optimize Power BI performance through
    DAX, data modeling, and query tuning
    .
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets.
  • Support
    ad-hoc analysis
    and reporting requests from business stakeholders.
  • Document report logic, data sources, and business rules for transparency and reuse.
  • Contribute to
    data governance and standardization
    efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in
    Power BI development
    and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in
    DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
    .
  • Experience working with
    SQL databases
    , Excel, and cloud data sources (e.g., Azure, SharePoint).
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with
    ETL processes
    and data transformation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    business analysis
    , including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to
    Agile methodologies
    and project delivery frameworks.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
