This person will be working closely with the principal training team to define the training needs of the retail teams for Thailand Market based on business needs, design, implement and deliver training and learning interventions to elevate the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our retail teams.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Identifying training needs of your markets, curating and implementing training interventions to support retail teams to achieve their business goals.
  • Design, developing, and delivering effective in-person and virtual training programs relating to brand DNA, new products, selling ceremony and client experience
  • Delivering training programs with local adaptation to support the needs of the retail teams.
  • Adapting and executing the new hire induction program and work with Sale and Operation team to ensure impactful onboarding journeys.
  • Conducting post training follow-up with participants to ensure effectiveness of the program and reinforce the application of skills learned in training activities.
  • Conducting in-store observations, role plays, and coaching for Retail teams to ensure high standards of client service / efficient service and knowledge to support them in meeting their objectives
  • Planning and implementing projects to support retail learning e.g. retail seminars, retail recognition programs, store teambuilding, social media engagement etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of training experience in a retail environment, especailly in watch category
  • Experience in facilitating both product and soft skill training.
  • Candidates who are Certified Trainers will be advantageous.
  • Strong Passion to develop, motivate and help others achieve performance goals.
  • Good understanding of retail and strong client service mindset
  • Energetic, pays attention to details, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent planning, presentation and communication skills, creative & think out of the box.
  • Knowledge of and ease with digital learning platforms
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Good command in Thai and English
