Job Duties

• Dough Preparation & Management: Prepare pizza dough from scratch, including proofing, portioning, and balling, while managing fermentation times for optimal quality and consistency.
• Stretching & Shaping: Expertly stretch, toss, and shape dough balls into pizza bases of consistent size and thickness, using hands or a rolling pin as required.
• Saucing & Topping Assembly: Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings evenly and efficiently according to specific recipes, ensuring proper flavor balance and visual appeal.
• Oven Operation & Baking: Skillfully load pizzas into oven, rotating them and monitoring cook time to achieve a perfectly cooked crust with desired char.
• Station Prep (Mise en Place): Maintain a well-stocked and organized pizza station, prepping all necessary ingredients like sauces, chopped toppings, and cheeses before and during service.
• Quality Control & Finishing: Inspect every pizza before it leaves the kitchen, checking for quality, applying finishing touches like fresh herbs or oil, and ensuring it meets standards.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels of pizza-specific ingredients (flour, cheese, toppings) and communicate needs to the head chef or manager to prevent shortages.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and maintain pizza station equipment, including oven decks, peels, and work surfaces, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Good communication skill and good team player
• Excellent personal hygiene
• Attention to details
• Can communicate in English
• Must be eligible to work in Thailand. We do not sponsor visa.
