Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities also include defining project goals, developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks. The individual will engage with stakeholders, facilitate clear communication, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives
  • Proven Team Leadership and Communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess project risks and troubleshoot challenges
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a strong asset
  • Should have worked with offshore team may be in India
