Official Title: Accounting and Finance Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Executive Management by providing insights on finance, accounting, and tax strategies, including financial results, budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
  • Oversee and direct all accounting and finance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and full compliance with accounting standards, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Management Reporting and ensure smooth daily operations of the Finance Department with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and implement strategic initiatives to support business growth and strengthen the company's market position.
  • Lead ERP implementation and drive business process improvements across Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and related IT systems.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to manage audits and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • CPA is required.
  • Strongly required: Background from a Big 4 firm.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with senior management exposure.
  • Proven leadership in financial reporting, compliance, ERP systems, and strategic financial management.
