Role Description

Meliá Hotels International is seeking an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Marketing Manager for our Pattaya location. As a full-time, on-site role, the F&B Marketing Manager will take charge of marketing strategies and campaigns for our food and beverage outlets, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and business objectives. Responsibilities include planning and executing promotional initiatives, overseeing digital and in-hotel marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, and building partnerships to drive revenue and customer engagement. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring consistency across marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and F&B-related campaign management.
  • Strong experience in Content Creation, Social Media Promotion, and Visual Branding for food and beverage establishments.
  • Excellent strategic planning, data analysis, and market research skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Experience in team collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as social media management software, analytics tools, and graphic design platforms is ideal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver results through creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury F&B sector is an advantage.
