About Prismatix:
is a Media Tech company based in India & UAE with teams in India, Pakistan, UAE & Thailand as well, we have expertise in using tech and media to drive engaging users on iOS & AOS APPs. Additionally, we have also developed our DSP platform, "ClusterX," a demand-side platform (DSP) for digital advertising buyers looking to achieve upper funnel/ Brand awareness objectives. It was developed to help brands effectively manage online advertising with precise, real-time targeting and seamless multi-channel support. In Thailand, we are working closely with a few fintech clients and are looking to have an onsite Sales representative who can help us grow our reach to more advertisers.
We are a team of passionate innovators and data-driven experts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital advertising. As we continue to expand our footprint in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in the Thailand.
The Role:
As Head of Sales/ Country manager - Thailand, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with clients in Thailand. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, with a strong emphasis on our core offerings: affiliate marketing for app performance and programmatic advertising via our DSP.
This is a key role for our expansion, and you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own sales pipeline, contribute to our growth strategy, and work closely with our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
Actively identify and prospect new clients, including app developers, agencies, and brands, who can benefit from our performance-based and branding solutions. - Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and lead qualification to conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. - Expert Consultation:
Serve as a subject matter expert on affiliate marketing, app performance metrics, and programmatic advertising (DSPs), educating potential clients on how our solutions can help them achieve their business goals. - Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Thailand to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities. - Collaboration:
Work closely with our account management, ad operations, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and long-term success. - Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on your pipeline, forecasts, and performance against targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the digital marketing or ad tech industry.
- Proven track record of success in selling digital advertising solutions, particularly in affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, or programmatic platforms (DSPs/SSPs).
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
, including key metrics (e.g., CPA, CPI, LTV, ROAS), campaign optimization, and the role of different platforms. - Strong professional network within the digital marketing and tech sectors in the Thailand.
Existing relationships with key advertisers is a must - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner is essential. - A self-starter with a proactive, hunter mentality.
You must be a highly motivated and disciplined individual who can work independently to achieve ambitious targets. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
