We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Business Development Manager to drive our international growth and expand our global market presence. As an integral part of our team, you will identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and develop comprehensive strategies for market expansion.

  • Develop new business opportunity in terms of market expansion and product development.
  • Develop a business plan and budget according to the company target
  • Determine and implement sales strategies and implementation of company policies. Manage sales for all sales management functions. Including planning sales forecasts set sales goals Sales Performance Monitoring and customer efficiency
  • Understand the distribution network, sales channel, route to market sales structure and marketing operations in different countries
  • Creating sales and marketing strategies that meet the needs and interests of prospective global customers or partners, also understanding of market trends, industry developments and competitor activities
  • Coordinate the customer sales team to sell all types of products and individual items to customers and Gain market insights for the countries responsible.
  • Coaching and manage problems for direct and subordinate team.

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in international sales and marketing in food and beverages.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management in the Asia or European, or Oceania Market FMCG product range will be advantage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related files.
  • At least 2-5 years of sales management experience in FMCG distribution and marketing.
  • Management skill set.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and ability to function effectively as part of a team to gain cooperation of individuals across the organization
  • Good personality, good human relations.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Trust with people who are self-centered and results-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and building internal and external relationships.
  • Able to travel abroad
  • Good attitude and spirit of team players.
