R&D Associate

Job Description:

• The assistant will work with a global, often remote, team and cross-functionally to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
• Identify gaps while performing reviews and suggest resolution options with corrective action plans, collaborating effectively with wider RM and R&D Operations teams for successful implementation of the overall plans.
• Deal effectively with complexity and ambiguity when interfacing with cross-functional partners, understanding and adjusting to changing situations and problems as they arise.
• Timely escalation of issues that would impact agreed plans.
• Demonstrate quality mind with 'Right First Time' practice by following documented procedures and good documentation practice.
• Actively contribute to process improvements/ways of working and elevate our compliance standards.
• Be aware, accountable and follow all relevant Reckitt Quality Management Standards.
• Having experience or knowledge on creation of Power Apps and data management like creation of Power BI dashboards and reports will be a plus.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Chemical Engineering, Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical sciences, Cosmetic formulation.
• Relevant experience within product development role within FMCG environment or Chemical environment. Medical device experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical
• Very Good command in English
