Build your tax career with a global brand. At Allianz Partners (part of Allianz SE), you'll join a supportive regional finance team and help keep our Thailand operations compliant and future‑ready—without needing to tick every box on day one.

In this role, you'll own day‑to‑day Thailand tax compliance and tax accounting, working closely with our Shared Service Center. You'll prepare filings and payments, support audits, keep ledgers tidy, and improve how we work—partnering with Finance, Legal, and the business. You'll report to the Regional Manager and gain exposure to a multinational environment with clear processes and room to grow.

What you'll do

  • Handle Thailand tax compliance and tax accounting end‑to‑end (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax)
  • Prepare and submit periodic returns; ensure timely payments and e‑filings
  • Maintain accurate tax working papers; reconcile tax GLs to the underlying activity
  • Coordinate and respond to tax queries/audits; compile documents and close findings
  • Support year‑end tax packs and statutory audit requests
  • Monitor relevant regulatory updates (e.g., e‑invoicing) and help implement changes
  • Improve tax processes, controls, and documentation; collaborate with SSC on enhancements
  • Partner with Finance/Legal/Business on tax checks for contracts, vendors/customers, and new initiatives

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus but not required)
  • Experience in Thailand tax compliance and/or tax accounting (corporate tax, VAT, WHT); audit/advisory or in‑house backgrounds welcome
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel; able to manage e‑filings and reconciliations
  • Clear communicator (Thai and English), organized, and reliable with deadlines
  • Growth mindset: keen to learn, improve processes, and work with regional teams

Nice to have (not required)

  • International tax exposure (e.g., cross‑border WHT, tax treaties, PE concepts)
  • Transfer pricing familiarity (intercompany charging, documentation)
  • Experience collaborating with shared service centers or regional stakeholders
