In this pivotal role, your success won't be measured by checklists, but by your human impact:

* The WHY of Service: You will use a true customer-centric mindset to simplify and improve the working lives of our tenants, ensuring their health, wealth, and mental stability are supported by our environment.

* The HOW of Leadership: Your leadership will be the catalyst. You will be asked to transform a diverse service team into a unified unit built on trust. Your ability to coach, mentor, and simplify processes will ensure every interaction moves from transaction to connection.

* The WHAT You Protect: When crises hit—a technical failure or unexpected incident—your sound judgment and decisive action will be the steady hand that protects not just the building, but the trust we have earned.

We need someone who has honed this human-centric skill set; perhaps as a leader in branded residential management, premium hospitality, or luxury hospital guest experience manager. You understand that the service we deliver is a promise. At least 10 years of leading role in luxury guest service experience or related field with a very good English communication skill.
