Senior Recruitment & HR Coordination Officer Requirements:
Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and accountable Recruitment & HR Coordination Officer to drive timely, efficient, and high-quality staffing across our two schools. The ideal candidate will ensure that all recruitment aligns with the schools' strategic positionings, educational philosophy, and budget constraints, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance with PDPA regulations.
This role is outcome-driven: schools must start each academic year fully staffed, with qualified teachers and staff who embody our mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
● Lead and coordinate recruitment across both schools, ensuring all positions are filled before the start of the academic year.
● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling, selection coordination, and contract preparation.
● Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to ensure alignment with each school's educational philosophy, mission, and required professional standards.
● Maintain recruitment pipelines and proactive talent pools for key academic and administrative roles.
● Collaborate with the HR Managers and Heads of School to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment activities with budget and staffing plans.
● Ensure smooth and professional onboarding experiences, coordinating with visa, work permit, and relocation processes as needed.
Human Resources Coordination
● Coordinate HR communications and information flow between campuses, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
● Support the HR Managers in maintaining accurate staff records, certifications, and compliance documents.
● Follow up on contractual and administrative processes related to hiring, renewals, and exits.
● Provide administrative support during audits, inspections, and reporting related to staff recruitment and employment compliance.
Compliance & PDPA
● Serve as the Group PDPA Officer, ensuring compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) across HR processes.
● Maintain and monitor secure handling, retention, and destruction of personal and sensitive data.
● Educate staff and recruitment partners on PDPA requirements and best practices.
● Investigate and report any potential data breaches or non-compliance issues, coordinating with management to implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Performance
● Provide regular status updates on open positions, recruitment timelines, and candidate pipelines.
● Ensure recruitment activities remain within approved budgets.
● Track and report on key recruitment performance metrics (e.g., time to hire, offer acceptance rate, retention after probation).
● Work closely with the HR Analyst to ensure recruitment data is accurately reflected in HR dashboards and financial reports.
Other:
● To comply with, adhere to, and actively support school policies and procedures.
● To carry out any other duties that are commensurate with the role and as instructed by management.
● To adhere to the schools' Health and Safety policies and procedures and to perform any school wide designated duties with regard to Health and Safety and the security of the school.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in education or multinational organizations.
● Strong understanding of PDPA and HR compliance frameworks.
● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure and deliver results.
● Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
● English fluency required; Thai language skills preferred.
