- Provide effective and positive solutions to customers while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure our services remain competitive in the market.
- Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and account-related matters, delivering excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and consultative selling techniques (training will be provided).
