  • Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and account-related matters, delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and consultative selling techniques (training will be provided).
