Job Purpose: Manage and maintain technology systems across both corporate office and front-line restaurant/Central Kitchen operations.

Oversee IT staff performance, hardware and software administration, network infrastructure and security, implementation of IT policies, and technology governance.

Ensure technology solutions are fully aligned with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Lead and support core F&B technology platforms including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (sales, inventory, mobile ordering, CRM), ERP, data integration, and Power BI reporting dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System management: Manage and maintain hardware, software and network systems including specialized software such as POS, ERP, Power BI etc.
  • IT strategy: Align technology with business goals, plan and implement IT policies and manage IT Projects, potentially including new system installations.
  • Budget management: Oversee the IT budget and manage IT vendor relationships.
  • IT Operations: Oversee the daily IT activities to ensure systems and infrastructures and reliable and secure
  • Technical support: Implement and develop troubleshooting strategies to reduce downtime and maintenance costs for restaurants, CK and HQ
  • Security: Ensure the security of all IT systems, networks and data.
  • Team leadership: Manage and lead the IT team, including hiring, Training and professional development.
  • Coordinate: Work closely with other departments (e.g. Finance, Operations, Marketing, CK) to ensure seamless integration of technology.
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and system updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain project management standards, tools and processes for effective delivery.
  • Coordinate across IT and internal team to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Track project performance, schedule, budgets and risks using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports and visualizations for executives and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in information technology, Computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the F&B or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of retail technologies e.g. POS, inventory management system, CRM, Power BI and SAP B1 solutions.
  • Experience in SAPB1, CMPOS, Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Power platform skills: Knowledge of Microsoft power platform tools (power apps, power automate, power BI) is highly valued as part of company's digital initiatives
  • Proficiency with database management and business intelligence tools.
  • Leadership and management: Proven experience managing and motivation and IT team,
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively
  • Cummunication : Ablility to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical staff
  • Business acumen : Understanding of how IT supports business objectives, especially within the F&B industry
