Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR-related data (Headcount, Turnover, Performance, Engagement, Training, Compensation).
  • Design and maintain HR dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI, Excel, or other BI tools.
  • Analyze performance results (KPI / OKR / Competency) to identify trends and development areas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve performance management tools and processes.
  • Generate data-driven insights to support management decisions and organizational development.
  • Participate in OD projects based on statistical analysis and organizational data.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

· –7 years of experience in HR / OD / HR Data Analysis.

·       Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Power Query, VLOOKUP) and BI tools such as Power BI.

·       Understanding of performance evaluation systems (KPI / OKR / Competency).

·       Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

·       Good communication and presentation skills.

·       Basic knowledge of SQL or HRIS systems is an advantage.
