About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at THE EMBASSY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.' in Chon Buri. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately support our company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to reach our target audience
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, using data to optimise campaigns and measure success
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective
  • Provide regular reporting on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique capabilities
  • Excellent content creation skills, including the ability to develop visually engaging and on-brand social media posts
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative social media campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (minimum 2 years preferred)
