Duties:

  • Develop, execute, and achieve marketing plans that lead to actual sales, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth. Promote initiatives such as digital marketing, branding, market research and analysis, and overall marketing activities.
  • Create advertising plans, consolidate performance results, conduct reviews, and manage KPIs
  • Plan, execute, review, and optimize sponsorships (e.g., racing), TV commercials, CM ads, radio ads, social media, e-commerce, and exhibitions
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing initiatives such as merchandise, promotional projects, and campaigns
  • Design, conduct, and review market research initiatives
  • Select, coordinate, and manage KPIs with third-party partners (advertising agencies, production companies, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales sections to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with IKC marketing department, manage advertising applications, and submit required documents to IKC
  • Train, mentor, and manage junior staff; provide guidance on KPI management and team performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications preferred)
  • Proven experience in marketing (advertising, brand strategy, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Strong experience in KPI management and marketing ROI analysis
  • Experience in dealing with advertising agencies and media partners
  • Basic knowledge of lubricants and related products
  • Specialized knowledge of engine oils and transmission oils
  • Understanding of fundamental automotive structures
  • Experience in staff training and team management
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools
