Job Responsibilities
  1. Utilize marketing insights to effectively promote the company's brands at retail points of sale.
  2. Provide creative concepts for product displays to ensure attractive presentation and strong brand visibility at distributor stores.
  3. Plan store visits and schedule appointments with distributors to inspect and ensure the completeness of product displays.
  4. Propose suitable display areas, take photos, and measure spaces for in-store marketing materials (e.g., storefront signage, shelves).
  5. Set up product samples and campaign promotional materials, and prepare detailed store reports for team discussion and planning.
  6. Coordinate with supervisors to summarize requirements and brief the graphic design team for appropriate marketing material designs tailored to each store's layout.
  7. Oversee budgeting, production processes, and installation of promotional materials at distributor stores.
  8. Plan, coordinate, and manage special events (Event Activation) held at distributor locations.
  9. Manage store frontage design, interior decoration, product display setups, and in-store signage design to align with brand concepts.
  10. Organize product displays in the store, create planograms, and develop display guidelines for communication with store staff.
  11. Summarize results, prepare reports, and follow up on performance within the assigned timelines.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in store display, product display, or merchandising.
  2. Knowledge of using props in visual setups.
  3. Creative mindset with a strong interest in art and fashion.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills.
  5. Hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  6. Able to work off-site and flexible with working hours.
  7. Possess a valid driver's license; able to drive or have a personal car.
  8. Basic computer skills.
