Job Summary
The Medical Sales Representative – CNS / Pain, will be responsible for driving ethical sales growth and market development of the company's neurology portfolio, with a focus on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease therapies, across Bangkok and key provincial territories. This role combines in-person engagement with neurologists and healthcare professionals with data-driven digital tools to enhance medical education, access, and brand performance. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and cross-functional teams, the Medical Sales Representative will execute strategic territory plans, build strong relationships with specialists and hospitals, and deliver impactful scientific promotions in line with compliance standards. The position requires frequent travel, a strong understanding of the CNS therapeutic area, and the ability to leverage digital engagement to achieve commercial excellence in Thailand's specialty care market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage territory business plans covering key hospitals, clinics, and neurologists across Bangkok and key provinces.
- Build strong relationships with HCPs through scientific discussions, case reviews, and compliant product promotions in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
- Achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining accurate CRM reporting, forecasts, and territory reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to execute hybrid engagement campaigns and leverage analytics for improved HCP reach and impact.
- Identify and address market access barriers, supporting formulary listings and patient initiatives within compliance standards.
- Ensure all promotional activities align with Thai FDA, company SOPs, and ethical guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product, disease, and market knowledge to support business excellence
Job Requirements
- Proven years of experience in operations, customer success, or product deployment, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or F&B sectors.
- Proven years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally within neurology, CNS, or specialty care segments.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and cultivating strong relationships with medical specialists.
- Proficiency in Thai (native or professional level) and good command of English for communication and reporting.
- Valid driver's license with flexibility to travel frequently (40–60%), including occasional overnight trips to provincial areas.
