Electrical Technician Operator – Ayutthaya Factory

Main Purpose of Job

To produce products in order to achieve quality and quantity in line with the production plan as well as in compliance with Nestle standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor operating machines, electrical systems and equipment to ensure their continuous functioning.
  • Repair and maintain electrical equipment e.g. main distribution, switch gear, air circuit breaker, MCC panel, transformer, instrument calibration, UPS/generator, lighting and telephone systems.
  • Prepare all necessary documents related to electrical and electrical circuit diagrams in processing filling & packing and industrial services.
  • Report daily on maintenance and repairing activities. Install electrical systems of the new machines and equipment. Install and modify the production machines.

Knowledge Require:

Electrics and mechanics, operating machinery (manuals) and their electrical systems, wiring control, PLC, NGMP, NEMS, power system, basic instrument knowledge, ISO requirements, interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills, trouble shooting and analyze problem skill knowledge

  • Documentation: Updated URS and FAS
  • Asset Intensity (%)
  • Calibration & Maintenance schedule compliance

Requirements and Qualifications

You, as successful applicant will:

Qualifications:

  • High Vocational School in Electrical; with 0-2 years experience.
  • Good Command English and Thai communication skills.
  • Service-minded, work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Personnel work of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties
  • Participation in the development of engineering projects
  • Good negotiation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross functional.
