Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Freight Manager, located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Freight Manager will oversee and manage freight operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring import and export processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining optimal freight efficiency, and collaborating with customers to meet their logistics needs. The role also involves managing ocean shipments, handling operational challenges, and enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in freight management, including import and export operations
  • Experience managing ocean shipments and coordinating logistics processes
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customs compliance regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a strong advantage
