Job Summary

The Senior/Junior Customer Service Ocean Export for this freight forwarder plays a pivotal role in driving the next generation of logistics excellence across the regional market. This is not just about moving goods—it's about orchestrating global trade with precision and purpose. You'll design and implement smart performance frameworks, streamline operations, and elevate partner performance through innovation and data-driven insights. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing freight, customs, and carrier processes, you'll ensure seamless execution, world-class service quality, and continuous improvement that keeps global supply chains moving faster, smarter, and stronger.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational performance frameworks, measurement tools, and processes to assess and enhance partner performance across the Thailand market.
  • Utilize allocation and routing tools to optimize carrier selection based on cost efficiency, transit time, and capacity availability.
  • Monitor and drive performance management of logistics and carrier partners through metrics, dashboards, and regular performance reviews.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement standardized processes to improve consistency and quality across teams and partners.
  • Design and deliver training programs to strengthen partner capabilities and ensure alignment with operational standards.
  • Define and refine performance and product adoption metrics in collaboration with internal operations, account management, and excellence teams.
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for monthly and quarterly partner performance reviews.
  • Create enablement resources to support smooth cargo movement and ensure operational readiness within managed territories.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in international logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication both in Thai and English, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven commercial awareness with the ability to generate insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading end-to-end projects and driving process improvements.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities.
