●วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของชิ้นงานและกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อออกแบบ Position Gauge, Checking Fixture และ Jig/Tooling ที่เหมาะสม โดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CAD 2D/3D (เช่น SolidWorks, CATIA, NX หรือเทียบเท่า)

●ประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) และมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องในการออกแบบอย่างเคร่งครัด

●จัดทำแบบวาดทางวิศวกรรม (2D Drawing) ที่สมบูรณ์ พร้อมระบุรายละเอียดที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด เช่น Material, Surface Finish, Tolerance และ Bill of Materials (BOM)

●ควบคุมดูแลการสร้าง การผลิต และการประกอบ Gauge/Fixture/Jig ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ รวมถึงการทำงานร่วมกับผู้ผลิตภายนอก (Vendor) เพื่อให้ได้อุปกรณ์ที่ถูกต้องตามแบบและมีคุณภาพ

●ดำเนินการ Validation และ Verification (เช่น Try-out, Calibration) ของอุปกรณ์ที่ออกแบบ เพื่อยืนยันความแม่นยำและความสามารถในการใช้งานจริงก่อนส่งมอบให้สายการผลิต

●ปรับปรุงและแก้ไขแบบ (Design Modification) ของอุปกรณ์เดิมตามข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ เช่น Production, Quality Control เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพหรือแก้ไขปัญหา

●ให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับ Gauge/Fixture/Jig ในสายการผลิต

●ร่วมมือกับทีมวิศวกรรมอื่นๆ และทีมควบคุมคุณภาพในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความไม่แม่นยำของชิ้นงานหรืออุปกรณ์

●จัดทำและบำรุงรักษาเอกสารทางเทคนิคทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ (เช่น Design Concept, Design Review, Design History File) ให้เป็นไปตามระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท (เช่น ISO)

คุณสมบัติ

1.ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 21-35 ปี

2.ระดับการศึกษาปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างเขียนแบบ, ช่างอุตสาหกรรม , ช่างแมคาทรอนิกส์ , ช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการออกแบบ Jig, Fixture, Gauge, และ Tooling ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น ยานยนต์, ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, การผลิตโลหะ) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

4.มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรม CAD 3D (เช่น SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Inventor)

5.มีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งในหลักการ GD&T และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบและอ่านแบบได้

6.มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตต่างๆ (เช่น Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal Fabrication) และคุณสมบัติของวัสดุ (Material Properties)

7.สามารถจัดทำและตีความแบบวาดทางวิศวกรรมได้เป็นอย่างดี

8.มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

9.มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา (Problem-Solving Skills)

10.สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการกำหนดเวลาของโครงการได้
