Allowance : 2,000THB/month

Working day : Monday - Friday

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in hospitality, sustainability, sales, and revenue management
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • A formal internship request letter from the university is required
  • Minimum internship duration at least 3 months

Position : Trainee - Sustainability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support activating sustainability project/initiative being deployed/launched across the group.
  • Support sustainability communication and awareness raising for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support research in sustainability best practice, global update/trend, and relevant issues.
  • Support developing tools in assisting the implementation of Dusit's Tree of Life program.

Position : Trainee - Commercial (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Project Support


• Assist in the initiation and coordination of commercial projects involving both Sales and Revenue teams


• Provide administrative support and follow-up on project timelines and deliverables

Trade Show Coordination


• Support logistics and coordination for domestic and international trade shows and events


• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution

Commercial Admin & Operations


• Coordinate payments, vendor expenses, and documentation with Finance and Procurement teams


• Maintain records and ensure accuracy in commercial project tracking

General Administrative Support


• Assist with scheduling, reports, and day-to-day operations of the Commercial department

Position : Trainee - Revenue Management

Primary Description

Daily Reports


• Monitor hotel rates and update reports using Lighthouse and DDP (morning)


• Prepare and send STR performance reports (afternoon)

Weekly Preparation & Presentations


• Assist in preparing slides and minutes for RevBoost meetings


• Support Weekly Revenue Update presentations every Friday

Special Projects


• Track staff and public hotel rates (90-day and 365-day views)


• Monitor forecast accuracy rankings


• Coordinate STR/CoSTAR access for team members


• Book meeting rooms via Outlook
