Responsibility

·       Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments across assigned delinquency buckets.

·       Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to achieve individual and team collection targets.

·       Collect installments, penalties, and collection fees in accordance with company policies.

·       Record collection results and customer information accurately in the system.

·       Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to repayment and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.

·       Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Debt Collection Act, OCPB regulations, BOT regulations and PDPA.

·       Prepare basic daily or monthly collection reports assigned.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications.

·       At least 1 year of experience in collection, call center, or financial services is preferred.

·       Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·       Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

·       Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

·       Basic computer skills (MS Office and collection systems).
