Our client is a leading machinery manufacturer seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading NPI/NPD projects and cross-functional teams through RFQ, Pre-NPI, and NPI phases.
  • Ensuring customer specifications and internal standards are met in all project deliveries.
  • Owning and maintaining technical documentation such as BOM, PFMEA, WI, and process flowcharts throughout the product life cycle.
  • Coordinating with customers and internal teams on cost reduction, failure analysis, and change management (ECO/ECN).
  • Managing project activities, including risk analysis, effort estimation, prototype builds, and validation.
  • Driving process improvement, equipment setup, and quality verification to ensure production readiness.
  • Providing training and engineering support for production teams and quotation preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI project management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is a strong advantage.
