Job Summary

We are expanding our engineering team Join one of the leading PCB manufacturers in Thailand to drive process excellence, product innovation, and operational improvement. We are hiring talented Process Engineers across multiple functions to support high-technology PCB manufacturing for global customers.


Available Functions (Open Positions)
  • Scaling System / Measurement Engineer – 7 Positions

    Operate Pluritec and light-to-light measurement systems, analyze scaling, and ensure product dimensional accuracy.
  • Plating Process Engineer – 1 Position

    Oversee electroplating processes, control chemical parameters, and ensure plating quality and consistency.
  • Drilling Process Engineer – 2 Positions

    Manage PCB drilling operations, optimize drilling programs, and maintain tool precision and yield performance.
  • Surface Finish Process Engineer – 2 Positions

    Handle ENIG / OSP / HASL surface finish processes and ensure reliability and coating quality.
  • Routing Process Engineer – 2 Positions

    Control routing and cutting parameters, ensure accuracy in panel separation, and improve process stability.
  • Inner & Outer Layers Process Engineer – 2 Positions

    Manage Exposure and DES (Develop–Etch–Strip) processes to ensure layer alignment and etching precision.
  • Lamination / Electrical / Material Process Engineer – 4 Positions

    Handle lamination program design, material qualification, 5G electrical testing (SI / Insertion Loss), and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and improve PCB manufacturing process parameters.
  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation (CP, SOP, FMEA, Testing Reports).
  • Analyze problems and drive corrective and preventive actions (8D / 5-Why).
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and material qualification testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Chemical, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Open for new graduates at the Master's level.)
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields with at least 5 years of direct experience in PCB manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of PCB processes (Drilling, Plating, Lamination, DES, Surface Finish, Measurement, Routing, etc.).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Good command of English for real-time communication with multinational supervisors.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn advanced manufacturing technologies.
