We are looking for a dynamic Project HR professional to coordinate the localized preparation and successful rollout of Workday HCM in Thailand. You will serve as the vital link between our Global/Asia-Pacific (AP) project teams and our local operations. Your mission is to ensure that our data is pristine, our local nuances are integrated into global design, and our transition to Workday is seamless and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global & Regional Collaboration: Act as the primary local point of contact for the Global and AP Workday project teams. Participate in English-led workshops to align Thailand's HR processes with global standards.
  • Data Governance & Migration: Lead the HCM data "clean-up" phase. Analyze current employee data, identify gaps, and ensure all information is accurate and formatted correctly for migration into the Workday system.
  • Local Design Advocacy: Work closely with the HR Manager to identify local legal or cultural requirements (Local Deliverables) and ensure these are reflected in the system design without compromising global integrity.
  • Process Analysis: Map out existing HR workflows and identify how they will evolve within the Workday environment.
  • Reporting & Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed project logs and provide regular status reports to the HR Manager. Identify potential risks to the "Thrive" project timeline and propose proactive solutions.
  • UAT & Training Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help prepare local training materials to ensure high adoption rates among Thai employees.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in HRIS implementation (specifically Workday) or high-level HR data management is highly preferred.
  • Technical Literacy: Advanced Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, data cleaning) and a natural comfort with HCM platforms.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory (TOEIC 750) as you will be joining international workshops and analyzing global technical documentation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to spot trends, errors, and inconsistencies in large datasets.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex system requirements into clear, actionable insights for the local HR team.
  • Project Management background: Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
