Key Responsibilities:

The site Warehousing and Distribution manager is fully accountable for P&L and operations of the Warehousing and Distribution products for the site, having business development & operational ownership. Operational management supporting and enabling the Maersk Warehousing and Distribution product families and value proposition to our clients being either stand alone or part of a global supply chain solution.

• P&L responsible for the site. Covering all products and clients offered at this site.
• Execution of Warehousing and Distribution strategy for site in alignment with area Warehousing and Distribution head.
• Expand business footprint while ensuring profitable growth.
• Facilitate the execution training linked to products, solutions and clients.
• Safety and Resilience & compliance adherence.
• Manage subcontractors needs and used at this location for Warehousing and Distribution services.
• Drive compliance & regulatory adherence.
• Send customs reports to customs Department (2 times/year)
• Contact Customs Department in case of new products or pay tax and treasury fees.
• Cost utilization and monitoring report.

Who we are looking for:

• Can be working on site Laem Chabang, Si Racha, Chonburi (No shuttle bus provided).
• Bachelor's Degree in any filed with minimum 5 years experiences in Warehouse and/or Distribution.
• Good command in computer and presentation skills.
• Good command in English.
• Team Management / Leadership.
• Ability to motivate and work in fast moving, pressure environment.
• Extensive skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experienced in SAP system skill.
