Scope of Work

The Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering refined and intuitive service, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role supports the bar and restaurant operations by preparing premium cocktails, maintaining bar standards, and showcasing warm hospitality in every interaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and spirits

  • Maintain bar mise-en-place, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation to luxury standards

  • Support daily bar operations including stock rotation, requisitions, and inventory control

  • Deliver consistent, polished service and anticipate guest needs with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in luxury hotel, premium resort, or fine-dining bar

  • Confident bar personality with excellent guest interaction and communication skills

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Contract Period & Benefits

  • Contract Duration: 1 December 2025 – 30 April 2026

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and fixed service charge
