Build the operating system for wellness—starting from Thailand, scaling globally.

Aura Wellness is creating a new tech startup to power the next decade of wellness services: aesthetic clinics, spas, longevity/anti-aging clinics, and hospitals. We're building:

  1. a Provider OS (POS + CRM + analytics + marketing intelligence) that becomes the system of record for providers, and
  2. a Global booking platform that helps customers choose based on trusted outcomes, transparent pricing, and great service.

This team will work directly under the CEO Office, with fast decisions, direct access to real operating clinics for testing, and a clear multi-year roadmap. If you want to build a real platform with real usage—not slideware—this is it.

What you'll do

  • Lead UX/UI for Provider OS: POS terminal flows, CRM console, analytics dashboards.
  • Create workflow designs optimized for speed, accuracy, and staff satisfaction.
  • Build a scalable design system and interaction patterns for multi-module enterprise UI.
  • Conduct user research directly in Aura branches (shadow front desk, observe edge cases).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly and ship weekly improvements.
  • Define usability metrics and run lightweight testing with clinic staff.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years product design; proven experience designing complex B2B workflow tools.
  • Strong systems thinking: can design consistent patterns across many screens/modules.
  • Ability to simplify messy requirements into clean, intuitive flows.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced iteration and direct user feedback loops.
Nice to have
  • Experience with POS, CRM, booking, fintech, or healthcare workflows.
  • Experience leading design in early-stage product builds.
