About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance
  • Troubleshoot issues and work to resolve customer complaints, utilising your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all relevant details
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle escalated customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Thai is required, with the ability to speak additional languages a plus
