About the role
Join our growing team at eTeam Workforce Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) as a Customer Service Representative based in Bangkok, Thailand. In this full-time role, you will be the crucial link between our company and our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance
- Troubleshoot issues and work to resolve customer complaints, utilising your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all relevant details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle escalated customer issues
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in English and Thai is required, with the ability to speak additional languages a plus
