creative, organized, and motivated junior team member

to support both our
Marketing

and
Sales

department.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Assist the manager in daily tasks and ongoing projects
  • Help create and schedule engaging short-form video and graphic content (primarily for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Answer DMs and comments with warmth and empathy
  • Contribute to outreach efforts and awareness campaigns
  • Support research on trends, influencers, and hyperhidrosis-related topics
  • Provide creative input and ideas for upcoming campaigns
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns (e.g. newsletters, product updates)

Sales

  • Help identify and qualify prospective customers and establish new partnerships through online research and direct outreach efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in organizing sales documents, scheduling meetings, and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor products to support data-driven sales strategies and provide insights to the team.
  • Help keep our content calendar and campaign tasks organized
  • Provide general team support where needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with social media or admin tasks is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Highly creative and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Canva

- Comfortable navigating platforms like

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
